A few days following a completed booking, The system will send an automated follow-up email to the customer. This email aims to inquire about their overall booking experience, including their satisfaction with the products and vendors.

Past booking reminders

At EzTimeRental, we ensure that past booking reminders are handled efficiently. Approximately 10 to 11 months after a completed booking, our system takes the initiative to send a friendly reminder email to customers, specifically addressing their prior booking. We kindly request them to consider choosing you as their vendor for this year’s booking.
