Bookings in Pending State

This is used when you create a booking on your dashboard without collecting a deposit. The “Pending” state is used as a quote and does not actually reserve stock. Non-Automated, you can always send the customer the “Pending” booking or make it an active booking and send it at a later date via the email feature when ready

Booking receipt

After completing the booking on EzTimeRental, an email notification including the booking receipt will be promptly sent out.

Booking confirmation

This email notification is exclusively sent to customers who have successfully paid the booking deposit through the EzTimeRental system.

Booking rescheduled

Booking rescheduled? EzTimeRental has got you covered! Rest assured, if a customer’s booking is set to “rescheduled” as per their request, an email will promptly be sent to notify them.

Booking reminders

One day before the booking date the system will automatically send an email notification to the customer reminding them that they have a delivery tomorrow.

Booking cancellation

Booking cancellation is made easy with EzTimeRental. If you need to cancel a booking, our system will promptly send an email to the customer, notifying them that their booking has been “Cancelled.” Remember to process any owed refunds.

Deposit email

Deposit notifications are sent for each booking financial transaction, be it credit card, cash, or check. At EzTimeRental, we ensure that our customers receive these notifications promptly for their own records. This feature becomes particularly valuable when allowing customers to make partial payments, enhancing their overall experience. 

Partial refunds

At EzTimeRental, we ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers when it comes to partial refunds. Our system effortlessly detects the payment status and promptly sends a tailored email notification exclusively for partial refunds.

Booking followup

Show your customers that you care. Within 2 to 3 days after their completed booking, EzTimeRental will send a thoughtful follow-up email on your behalf to ensure their satisfaction.
